Why Old Town Scottsdale is different

  1. Tell us how your front desk handles calls today. We set the receptionist up around your intake questions, your rules and your calendar, in your business name.
  2. The AI answers in your community name at any hour, captures who is calling, who the move is for, the timeline and the level of support needed, and books a tour with your sales team.
  3. It routes resident and family matters to the right staff and never gives care or medical advice.

Old Town Scottsdale specifics: Mostly condos, townhomes, and older single-family homes in a walkable, tourist-heavy entertainment district.

Many owners here bought decades ago and are aging in place in homes with steps and large yards, so families call when upkeep and daily tasks become hard.

Common questions

Can it book tours after hours?

Yes. It answers evenings and weekends, captures who the move is for and the timeline, and books a tour into your sales calendar, so the family is not waiting until Monday for a callback.

Would it give care advice?

No. It never gives care or medical advice and never decides what level of care someone needs. It answers inquiries, books tours and routes matters to your staff.

Anything specific to know about family member calls in Old Town Scottsdale?

Older neighborhoods have many residents who have lived in the same home for decades, so families often call after a fall or a hospital stay.
