Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It explains how the free trial, cancelling, and refunds work.

Free trial

You can run the service on your real calls for 7 days before you pay anything. Billing for your chosen plan starts on day 8 unless you cancel before then. The trial is how you decide whether the service is right for you.

Cancelling

• Plans are month to month and renew automatically each month until you cancel. If you prepaid several months, the plan renews for the same length unless you cancel first.
• Cancel any time by emailing [email protected] from the address on your account. Include your business name. We will confirm in writing.
• Cancelling stops the next renewal. The service keeps running until the end of the period you already paid for (for a prepaid plan, the whole prepaid period), then ends. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. For a 3- or 6-month prepaid plan, cancel at least 30 days before the prepaid period ends.
• Switch off call forwarding to the service when it ends, so callers reach your normal line.

Refunds

After the free trial, fees are non-refundable, including for minutes already used, for a period you chose not to use, and for a prepaid period you cancel part-way (the service keeps running to the end of what you paid for). We will refund you when:

• we billed you in error (for example a duplicate or incorrect charge);
• the law requires a refund;
• we end the service without cause during a paid period, in which case we refund the unused part;
• we remove or materially reduce a feature you pay for and you cancel because of it, in which case we refund the unused part of your current paid period.

How to ask

Email [email protected] with your business name and the charge in question. We aim to reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Paddle, our payment provider, and can take several business days to appear.
