Why Ocotillo is different
- Forward your existing business line. Live in about 72 hours, no new number to give out.
- The AI answers in your company name and asks what an estimator would: roof type, age, where the water is coming in, whether it is an insurance claim.
- Inspections and estimates are booked onto your calendar with the details captured. Active leaks and storm openings are flagged for you at once.
Ocotillo specifics: 167 acres of interconnected lakes, Spanish and Mediterranean architecture, zoned for Arizona's #1-ranked school district.
Tile roofs from these years are reaching the age when the underlayment beneath the tile, typically good for 20 to 30 years, starts to fail. Leaks here are usually underlayment, not broken tile.

Common questions
What happens to a leak during a monsoon storm?
The AI recognizes language such as water coming through the ceiling or a storm-damaged roof, captures the address, and alerts you immediately instead of taking a message you read tomorrow.
Can it quote a replacement?
No. It never quotes prices. It captures the roof details and books an inspection so you quote it yourself.
Anything specific to know about homeowner calls in Ocotillo?
Gate access has to be arranged before an estimator arrives, and many gated communities have HOA approval steps for exterior work. Capturing both on the first call keeps the estimate on schedule.
