Why Sun Lakes is different
- Forward your existing business line. Live in about 72 hours, no new number to give out.
- The AI answers in your company name and asks what a dispatcher would: what is leaking, has the water been shut off, is it a room-sized problem or a drip.
- Routine jobs are booked onto your calendar with the details captured. Active flooding or a gas smell triggers a safety instruction to the caller and an immediate alert to you.
Sun Lakes specifics: Five distinct 55+ active-adult communities with golf courses and resort-style amenities.
Homes built from 1978 on can have polybutylene supply pipe, the gray pipe Valley plumbers still find in whole subdivisions, which is prone to sudden leaks. Asking whether the pipe is gray plastic or copper tells you a lot before you arrive.

Common questions
What happens to a burst pipe at 2 a.m.?
The AI recognizes emergency language such as flooding, a burst pipe or sewage backup, tells the caller how to shut off water if they can, and alerts you immediately instead of just taking a message. A gas smell gets a leave-and-call-911 instruction.
Can it quote a job?
No. It never quotes prices. It captures the problem, address and access details, and books a visit so you quote it yourself.
Anything specific to know about homeowner calls in Sun Lakes?
Many callers in 55+ communities prefer daytime visits with a clear arrival window, and HOA rules can affect when work may start. Getting both on the first call avoids a second trip.
